The correct answer is 3. There are eight people in total. The group price starts from 30 people, so the normal prices apply here. Four adults at 600 yen make 2,400 yen, three elementary school children at 200 yen make 600 yen, and the baby is free because the guide says children younger than elementary school age pay nothing. The total is 3,000 yen. Choice 1 uses the group prices, choice 2 treats the elementary school children as free, and choice 4 charges 200 yen for the baby.
The correct answer is 3. With 31 people the group price applies, so each adult pays 400 yen: 400 × 31 = 12,400 yen. The second note says that only window 2 accepts groups, and the third note says that groups may also pay by credit card. Ana wants to pay by card so that there is a record, so she uses window 2 and pays by card. Choice 1 has the wrong window, choice 2 does not use the group discount, and choice 4 pays in cash, which is not what Ana wants.
