私わたしの会社かいしゃでは、去年きょねんから家いえで働はたらくことができるようになりました。

最初さいしょは、通勤つうきんの時間じかんがなくなって、とても楽らくになったと喜よろこんでいました。

でも、家いえだと仕事しごとと休やすみの時間じかんの区別くべつがなくなって、夜遅よるおそくまで働はたらいてしまうことが多おおくなったんです。それで、オフィスに戻もどろうかとも考かんがえました。

でも今いまは、仕事しごとを始はじめる時間じかんと終おわる時間じかんを決きめて、終おわったらパソコンを閉とじて、散歩さんぽに出でるようにしています。

働はたらく場所ばしょより、自分じぶんで時間じかんを管理かんりすることが大切たいせつだと気きづいたんです。

At my company, we became able to work from home starting last year.

At first, I was happy because I had no more commuting time and life felt much easier.

But at home, the line between work time and rest time disappeared, and I often ended up working late at night. So I even thought about going back to the office.

But now, I decide the time to start and finish work, and when I finish, I close my computer and go out for a walk.

I realized that managing my own time is more important than where I work.
