「〜というのが」は、動詞や文をひとまとまりの名詞めいし(〜ということ)として扱あつかうときに使う表現ひょうげんです。文の主語しゅごや話題わだいとして使われることが多く、「〜すること」「〜という事実じじつ」のようなニュアンスになります。

★(3番目)に入るのは「言われた」です。
🇬🇧 Grammar Notes — Quotation「と」+〜から

This pattern quotes what someone told you using 「と言われた」(“I was told that…”), then adds 「から」 to give the reason for the current situation. Very common in spoken Japanese.

★(3番目)に入るのは「なかなか」です。
🇬🇧 Grammar Notes — 〜でも+なかなか〜ない

「〜でも」means “even ~,” giving an extreme example to emphasize that the same applies elsewhere too. 「なかなか〜ない」means “not easily / not readily.” Together, the sentence stresses that even close friends can’t easily tell them apart.

「AにもBにしか」という形で、2つの状況を対比させる表現です。「部活以外にも」=部活だけでなく他の場面でも、「高校時代にしか」=高校時代だけ、という限定げんていを強調しています。

語順のカギ: 部活以外+にも+高校時代+にしか。
★(3番目)に入るのは「高校時代」です。
🇬🇧 Grammar Notes — 〜にも/〜にしか (Contrast)

This is a contrastive pattern combining 「〜にも」 and 「〜にしか」. 「部活以外にも」means “not just from club activities,” and 「高校時代にしか」emphasizes “only during high school days.”

Key word order: 部活以外 + にも + 高校時代 + にしか.
